Once again We are excited to announce the 3rd Nic Granlund Quad Supermoto School at The Stateline Supermoto Challenge on April 3rd
This will be a full day school with an open practice at the end of the day. You will be one of the few that will get the opportunity to get on this track before anyone else. You will also get the chance to dissect the track with multi-time State Line ATV champ and AMA pro, Nic Granlund to learn his speed secrets.
Supermoto Set-up:
Suspension, tires, tire pressure, general maintenance and all the small things to allow you to go faster.
Braking:
Including trail braking, getting in and out of the corner, braking in the dirt, applying the rear brake smoothly.
Clutch Control:
Learn to use the clutch to drive into the corners smooth and with confidence. The smoother you can enter the corner the faster you can exit!
Throttle control:
When to roll off the throttle and when to get on the gas!
Putting it all together:
It order to get into and out of a corner quickly you have to master brake / clutch / throttle control. This is the core of the class and the secret to going fast on a quad.
Line selection:
We will spend time talking about track mapping, walking a track and seeing how the lines link together and why.
Passing:
How, where and when to pass.
Body positioning:
We will work individually to get your body in the right spot on the quad. Find out what really works for supermoto.
Riding styles:
Are you an MX or TT racer? We will get you comfortable on pavement.
And of course....Backing it in!
We will teach you when and where to back it in....and when not to back it in.

It is all these small things that can help reduce those lap times dramatically. We have literally seen people reduce their lap time by seconds.
We will start at 8a.m.
Classroom- 8am-8:30am
Track Walk:8:30am- 9am
On Track School: 9am-12
Lunch 12- 12:30
On Track School: 12:30-2:30
Open Practice: sessions 3-6pm
During Open Practice the coaches will be riding with the students and working in different sections to continue helping the student progress.
The course fee is $300. The fee includes the school, track fees, food and drinks.
Parking will be done by SNV Supermoto. To Park in the reserved/exclusive parking area, fees will be paid that morning. They will be on site to start parking Thursday at 6am. If you have any questions concerning parking please contact Marche directly.
