As has become the norm in recent years, GBC racers made their mark on the always competitive 4×4 classes, with multi-time champion Forrest Whorton leading the way with a 4×4 Senior class victory. Fellow GBC riders Michael Shelley joined Whorton on the podium in 2nd place, and Steve Kiggins followed behind in 4th.
Tanner Bowles led the charge in the 4×4 Pro class, piloting his GBC-equipped Can-Am to a 4th place finish. Scott Day threw down some hot laps this weekend in the 4×4 A/B class aboard his GBC Motorsports equipped CanAm. Finishing in 2nd place, he was able to not only grab himself a podium spot but also some hardware for the day.
John Cunningham added another AM class win for GBC in the Sport class. Despite winning three races this year, Cunningham has his work cut out for him as a DNF at the General has him sitting in 4th place in the class standings.
As the afternoon race action approached all eyes were on the XC2 Pro-Am class. Marty Christofferson has been tearing it up lately, and he apparently felt very comfortable on the tough Big Buck course as he finished in 3rd place. Along with his 4th place finish in Round 3 and 2nd place finish the race before, Marty is sitting in 3rd place in the class standings.

Dwight Pollard capped off the GBC victories in the afternoon, grabbing another top spot in the Junior A class. Dwight will be vying for the class championship, and currently sits in 2nd place.
