Throw it up!

Kentucky’s Zac Willett has always been a fellow brother, so when Zac suggested we check out some fresh new sound from his friend “Kasper From the K” we turned it up and gave it a good listen. Zac was right, this Kasper guy had a cool new beat and since he stood up for the ATV scene we quickly let as many people know about his “Kwad Up” tune as possible.

A few months later, while attending the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis, we got the opportunity to hang out with Henderson, Kentucky’s Tim Hoggard, aka “Kasper” and his agent, Brenan Hall aka “B Money” (or “B$” for short).

After getting to know Kasper, and listening to more of his new material we can honestly say that this guy is well on his way to major success. We love his music but after hanging out with him we’re also impressed with the actual Tim Hoggard as well. Kasper exudes a positive vibe and seems to pull you into his happy-go-lucky atmosphere. He’s humble and down to earth yet outgoing and a lot of fun to hang with. In short – he’s a really cool guy that disserves all the success in the world as far as we’re concerned.

On the move! Kentucky’s Zac Willett and Tim Hoggard, aka Kasper from the K.

Kasper has been rapping underground for the past nine years but he’s really emerged in the last two. His song, “Shake It Down” has been the number one song on Kiss FM 106 in Henderson, KY since it was first played by the station in early February 2007. Meanwhile, his song, “Kwad Up”, created for the ATV motocross scene, has also been climbing the charts.

The Kasper From the K product is currently snowballing and the ATV industry benefits big time. With his buddy Zac by his side Kasper is in tune with our sport (literally) and seems to want to tuck the sport under his arm as he rushes for the end zone. As we write this news piece, Kasper is playing at the Stateline Supermoto in Primm, NV. It’s also very likely that he’ll play at a few WPSA Powersports events later this summer. His music may also be the intro tune for the final Supercross in Las Vegas. Meanwhile ESPN has recently expressed an interest in using his music for their extreme sports network. They’re especially interested in a song called “Take It 2 the Hole” for their basketball programming.

So there you have it. This soon-to-be-legend of the hip hop/rap game is happy to carry the ball for ATV racing notoriety and we’re happy to call him our friend. Be sure to click the video interview and support those who support us by buying Kasper from the K music.
